CosmiDVR is an IP-based tuner/plugin designed for the System TV app on Android TV devices, such as "Live Channels." This tool allows users to stream IPTV content from playlists and access DVR functionalities within "Live Channels," including features like Rewind, Fast Forward during Live TV, and scheduled recordings.
